Who we are

‘InfoCanarie’ was founded in 1999 by Fabio Chinellato – owner and Sole Administrator – as an initiative to promote all aspects of the archipelago of the Canary Islands and to be the first to offer information to Italian and/or Italian-speakers.

InfoCanarie has stood out over time, especially for the investments in Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Projects thanks to solid collaborations with local Institutions, Authorities and Professionals.

The main functions and activities were initially carried out only through the Internet, but thanks to its growth, lnfoCanarie now provides services, consulting and assistance to tourists, investors, companies and investor groups.

“lnfoCanarie” has quickly become a reference point and it has progressively turned into a “Global Service Provider” with the aim of facilitating the interaction between the Canary Islands and rest of Europe / World.

The aim is to help in the realisation of Entrepreneurial Projects, economical and real estate investments (both for individuals and for more structured entities and realities).

In order to do this “InfoCanarie” operates through the legal instrument “lnfoCanarie Promotion and Consulting SLU’.

We currently also provide the same services to Spanish and English speakers.

If you are planning or already thinking of visiting the Canary Islands to carry out a real estate assessment, please do not hesitate to contact us through our contact details below.

We recommend that you send us the communication at least 15 to 20 days before the start of your stay in the Canary Islands, with detailed information on what you are looking for, the area desired, the purpose of the investment, your expectations and your planned budget.

This way, you will save precious time and you will be able to concentrate only on what you are really interested in and what is actually accessible/visitable (property not occupied by tenant or owner; access authorisation to be requested in any case in advance).
